Bennett Design created Step it Up after a beloved team member lost her father to suicide in July of 2023. He was a Toronto Police veteran and the third member of her family to take their own life. As family members—siblings, parents, and children ourselves—we were shocked and driven to take action.

Join our week-long step challenge—complete it from anywhere, set your own daily step goal, and hit it every day for seven days straight. How far you go is up to you, but we encourage you to push yourself! Your company has covered your registration, and if you’d like to raise funds personally, you can donate here—100% of proceeds go directly to CAMH.
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) provides care to over 38,000 patients each year and leads groundbreaking research in mental health. As Canada’s largest mental health teaching hospital, CAMH also trains professionals, promotes prevention, and advocates for better mental health policy.
